Welcome to the website operated by Vision Future Education UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.vision-future-education-uk.org (the “Website”) and any related services, content and communications offered through it. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

- Vision Future Education UK provides independent educational advisory and support services for families seeking access to United Kingdom private secondary schools and universities. Contact details, including our registered or trading address, telephone number and email, are set out at clause 13 below.

- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the legal agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website.
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the version published on the Website at the date of your access. By continuing to use the Website following any update, you accept the revised Terms.
- The Website is intended for users in the United Kingdom and, where lawful, internationally. We make no representation that the content of the Website is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

- The Website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. - Information about our services, including educational advisory, school admissions consultation, application support and accompanied school-visit programmes, is provided on the Website for general information only. The Website does not contain, and should not be treated as, professional advice on which you should rely.
- Any engagement of our services will be subject to a separate written engagement letter setting out the agreed scope of services, fees and terms. No solicitor-client, agent-principal or other professional relationship is created merely by your use of the Website or by your initial enquiry.
- We do not guarantee admission to, or any particular outcome from, any school, university, examination body or other institution. All admissions and academic decisions rest with the relevant institutions.
- We do not provide immigration advice or visa services through the Website. Where immigration matters arise we will refer enquirers to an appropriately regulated professional.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
